However, it may occur that you are not fully satisfied and wish to submit a complaint. MIK & Spelenderwijs takes its clients seriously and that includes your complaint. We are eager to learn from your feedback and work with you to find a solution.

Start by discussing your complaint with the staff member involved. If this is not possible or does not lead to a resolution, please contact their supervisor.

Unable to reach a resolution with us? You can seek mediation for childcare-related issues in the Netherlands via: www.klachtenloket-kinderopvang.nl or submit a formal complaint to the Dutch Geschillencommissie.

Annual Report
