General terms and conditions

Before you register your child, we ask you to read through our general terms and conditions. These conditions apply to all childcare locations of MIK & Spelenderwijs. We comply with the general terms and conditions as drawn up by the Branchevereniging Maatschappelijke Kinderopvang (BMK), the Consumentenbond and BOinK (Association of Interested Parents in Childcare).

Right of withdrawal

After you have fully enrolled your child, you will receive an agreement from us for signing. From the date of signing, you have 14 days for reflection. During this period, you can revoke the agreement without giving reasons and with immediate effect;

Want to revoke? Please send an email to planning@mik-spelenderwijs.nl with: 

  • name and date of birth of your child; 

  • the entry 'withdrawal from the contract'. 

Please note: Has childcare already started within the reflection period? Then you can still cancel. You will then only pay for the childcare days that have already taken place.
