After a long day at school, there’s nothing better than a place where you can truly be yourself!
At BSO Ratjetoe 2 in Born, children aged 4 to 13 are given all the space they need to relax, play, and explore in their own way. Here, having fun takes center stage.

A second home at Swentibold Primary School
Our welcoming location, housed within Swentibold Primary School, feels like a second home. It’s a place where children can both unwind and go on little adventures. We create a warm, familiar environment where relaxation and excitement go hand in hand.

Something for everyone
Feeling creative? Grab a paintbrush and create your own masterpiece! Full of energy? Run, jump, and play in the gym or on our spacious outdoor playground! Want to relax? Snuggle up with a book on the couch or have a fun chat with friends! Everything’s possible, nothing’s mandatory.

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, childcare takes place at Ratjetoe 2. On Wednesdays and Fridays, all children are welcome at BSO Ratjetoe 1, located at Jan van Salmstraat 5, 6121 NE Born.

Parents' committee

At MIK & Spelenderwijs, good quality childcare for your child is extremely important to us. We monitor and improve our quality together with you as a parent and/or educator. That is why we form a parents' committee at every MIK & Spelenderwijs location. Besides these local parent committees, there is also a Central Parents' Committee (COC) that has the right to advise on our policy. With a mandate from the local parent committees, the COC gives solicited and unsolicited advice.
